Next Neighborhood Meeting
Monday, May 12, 2025, 6:30 - 8
at the Lexington Senior Center
For this meeting we have not invited a speaker, as we usually do. Instead we will have a discussion about the subject of neighborliness:
What do we think it is?
How have we experienced it in our neighborhood?
Do we value it?
If so, how can we foster it in Idle Hour?
Is it more important to older residents than to younger ones?
These are some of the questions we can ask and try to answer, but there are many others. Please come and bring your own questions. Hopefully, we will have a lively conversation on this topic and find ways to keep building our community.
Our newly elected State Representative Ann Donworth Gay promised to be our guest and will give a brief presentation about her first legislative session in Frankfort. She will also answer questions.
As always, we will have refreshments and door prizes.
All Idle Hour residents are welcome at our meetings
